Hi! I’m Rick Van Wieren. My family and I moved from San Jose CA to Colorado Springs in 1991 to find a better and more affordable place to raise our kids. Since 1992 I’ve been selling real estate to help others find their own ‘happy place’, and have been with RE/MAX Properties since 1995! We’ve been fortunate enough to have all of our 5 children and 3 grandchildren settle here in Colorado. My wife is a school teacher at the Classical Academy in Academy School District 20, so we continue to be very in tune with the needs of families of school age children. We have attended New Life Church since 1997, and I really enjoy photography, golfing, hiking and skiing. We continue to view Colorado Springs as the best place in America to live.
During 2009, the Colorado Springs real estate market definitely had its challenges. During this, one of our most difficult years, 75% of my business was repeat and referral business. Many thanks to my loyal clients and friends for your kind referrals and the opportunity to serve you again!
