St Patrick’s Day In The Springs

March is normally our snowiest month in Colorado Springs. This week we are having incredibly nice spring weather (it should hit 65 today, and there is not a cloud in the sky!). By Friday however, we are looking at snow again, and March / April skiing is often my favorite. The weather in Colorado is always a tad variable and unpredictable, but in March it really goes crazy. One of my favorite sayings about March weather is that Springtime in the Rockies is when summer and winter collide. There is a 40 degree swing predicted between our Thursday high temperature, and Saturday!
I’m hoping to enjoy a little social time with my fellow agents this afternoon, for what looks like an outdoor ‘Happy Hour’ at the end of the day at the RE/MAX Properties Chapel Hills office, but only if my otherwise full day of classes, appointments and other work gets done. Springtime in the real estate business is when pleasure and work collide!
