Harrison School District 2 covers the southern areas of Colorado Springs. The average home price in D2 is $131,376, making it the most affordable school district, but also one that struggles with academic performance. With only 58.3% of the 10th graders scoring proficient or advanced in reading in the 2009 CSAPs, this district still has it’s work cut out.
