While ski season at many resorts officially begins at Halloween, the larger resorts don’t open their full capacity often until just before Christmas, and January is when it really gets good! Ski season ends the 3rd week of April at most of the resorts, with a few continuing operations into the summer!

Preliminary indications show March sales were down 4% just from last year, and well priced homes are still moving fast. The inventory of unsold homes is just over a 4 month supply of homes for sale.
In March, the median price (1/2 the homes sold for more) was $211,900, and the mean (average) was $239,165, both close to the same as last year at this time.
