May sales were up 20.4% from last year, so we are off to a red hot start. The inventory of unsold homes is still under a 4 month supply of homes for sale.
Prices have been up on a year to year basis for the last 15 months in a row. In May, the median price (1/2 the homes sold for more) rose 2.6% from 2012, to $215,500, and the mean (average) was up 7.2%!
