The Losers and Winners for April Home Appreciation by Zip Code in Colorado Springs

Last month we saw high appreciation in most of Colorado Springs, with the exception of two zip codes. While we are only looking at April 2019 vs April 2018, the overall big picture shows that Colorado Springs’ home prices are increasing.

The winner: 80831 with 15.87% increase in median price

The runner-up: 80921 with a 14.13% increase in median price

The loser: 80908 with a 6.39% decrease in median price
