COS real estate stats March 2020 broke another price record for a March month!
The median price was up 11.9% at $352,400 and the average price was up 11.3% at $390,722 for March for the Pikes Peak Region.
Despite the uncertainty with the Coronavirus, real estate has been deemed essential. We remain busy helping our clients, while also taking added precautions. Even though many are worried that way may see another 2008 housing crisis, historically, events like this (pandemic) tend to have an immediate but short-term effect on the economy as a whole. This too, shall pass.
COS real estate stats March 2020 show that the overall real estate market in Colorado Springs continues to struggle with a lack of inventory. There is only a 1.05 month supply of homes in the entire Pikes Peak Region. This is even less if you are looking for a home with a Colorado Springs mailing address.
