Single family home sales in Colorado Springs took a big jump in August over 2010, with sales up 20.9% over August of 2010. The inventory of unsold home also dropped 23.5%, as buyers took advantage of low interest rates, while sellers wait on the sidelines for better prices. The average price was down 10% from last year.
