I was excited to see that U.S. News and World Report ranked Colorado Springs #11 in Best Places to Live. It analyzed 100 metro areas in the country looking at factors including quality of life, the job market, as well as the value of living there and people’s desire to live there.
While it may not have a reputation like Denver, I agree with the analyst’s assessment that, “…in a quieter, gentler way, Colorado Springs has much to offer, including a low cost of living, a low unemployment rate and a variety of recreation and entertainment options.”
If you or someone you know are thinking about relocating here, I’d love to help with the process. There are some great homes for sale right now, including those in prime spots convenient for commuting as well as great neighborhoods with close parks and recreation. With over 22 years of full time experience in Colorado Springs (with my own family, now including grandkids!), I have the knowledge, experience and skill to put together a successful real estate transaction if you’re buying or selling. Call or text me at 719-331-7675, or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let’s discuss your options!
