July 2019 Real Estate Market Conditions

Good news for the real estate market in Colorado Springs! Sales are up 4.4% in July, year over year.

However, the inventory of homes for sale is down 8%, making the demand for homes even tighter.

Prices are up again this month, with another record-breaking median price of $332,000.

It seems as though the market did not lose any momentum in July, as we sold 2,194 homes.

Interest rates and unemployment remain low. Job opportunities are still plentiful here in Colorado Springs.

Overall, it is still a great time to sell and buy.
